When deciding and booking a newborn photographer, it's a good idea to start EARLY!
Why?
Because pregnancy is a tough gig, and life happens, and before you know it, your new baby is already a month old and you missed it.

Those precious, foggy, early days after birth ..  when breastfeeding is still really hard and there are so many sleepless nights ..

And those little features and characteristics of your new baby have been, and gone, and they grew up faster than you could even notice.

There might have been a few - or a lot - of iphone snaps of this special time in your life as you are busy welcoming a new baby into your family....

If you don't want to miss this fast and fleeting moment in time, when your brand new baby fits so snug in your arms, so tiny and cute with her little button nose?
His folded ears and teeny tiny finger nails?

It's ideal if you can do your research early - at the latest, by the start of third trimester - start looking at newborn photographers in your area.  Look through their photo galleries on facebook and their website, make sure they are insured and trained in newborn photography.

Choose a newborn photographer whose work you absolutely love!  And be sure to book them in before your baby arrives - and avoid the potential of your favourite photographer being booked out and unavailable to capture this moment for your baby and your family.
